Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. General

DisplayFlow ("the service") is operated by E-handelsgruppen Sverige AB, Uppsala, Sweden ("we"). By using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for keeping your login credentials secure.

DisplayFlow is offered as a subscription service with different plans. Prices and features are presented on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe stores and processes your card details in accordance with its own security procedures. DisplayFlow does not store any card details. Billing takes place in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.

5. Use of the service

You are responsible for all content you publish via the service. You may not use the service to display content that violates Swedish or international law, including copyright-protected material without permission.

6. Data and infrastructure

The service is built on Cloudflare's infrastructure for networking, storage and security. Your media files and data are stored on Cloudflare R2 and CDN. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed by Cloudflare as a subcontractor.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid during the past 12 months.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the service with at least 30 days' notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Uppsala District Court (Uppsala tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
